POLICY:

AT THIS TIME NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ARE WELCOMED

Once order has been placed. No changes can be made. Please take a second to verify all information is correct before order submission. We want to ensure items shipped are the items requested (color and size) and the shipping address is accurate in order to receive your items.

Exchanges on defective items are allowed however due to the nature of availability of items it not guaranteed.

Original Shipping fees are refundable via store credit on the return of defect items however the cost of returning item(s) is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

Returns:

In the rare instance that an item is defective as all items are inspected by Basic Chic upon shipping. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Free of makeup and fragrance. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery date.

Final sale goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as body suits, under garments and bathing suits.

We only accept returned items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return for the same item, send us an email at INFO@SHOPBASICCHIC.COM stating the reason for return and invoice number. Please send your item to:

Upon receipt and approval, you will notified via the email address provided. You receive a store credit for the purchase price of item and shipping cost associated with defective item.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return:

- Email Basic Chic Returns Dept at: Info@shopbasicchic.com with reason for return
- Please include copy of invoice with return
- Choose a return method of your choice. I.E ( USPS, UPS, FED-EX). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Secure Merchandise in packaging.


STORE CREDIT REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a Basic Chic gift card within 5 business days. We will notify you by email.

Final Sale items:

Only regular priced defective items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately final sale items cannot be returned.
